Facebook SDK for Android provides good integration for Android apps but fails to provide sufficient support for link sharing and FQL. It's not much trouble to add link sharing support to the SDK. Sharing links is very similar to posting wall statuses, but instead of graph.facebook.com/me/feed, requests are pointed to graph.facebook.com/me/links. It is also trivial to add support for executing FQL queries to the SDK, since these queries are nothing more then GET requests. We look at code examples for both cases.
The future is here - more and more handhelds are being built with high definition screens. The iPhone ships the Retina display, while on the Android HDPI accounts for more than 50% devices. To web developers, there is clearly a need to build high density compatible web sites.
