What are we looking for?

  • relevant experience as an iOS developer
  • excellent knowledge of Swift 
  • excellent knowledge of MVVM, The Clean Architecture or similar modern architecture patterns
  • experience with SPM, CocoaPods is a plus
  • good knowledge of Git

Bonus (not required, but could be useful): 

  • experience with RxSwift, Combine, asyc/await, The Composable Architecture and SwiftUI 
  • experience with Core Animation infrastructure
  • experience with Core Data or Realm framework
  • any kind of portfolio where you can show us your work

Intro meet​

If we think you might be the right fit for the position, we'll arrange an interview (online or in person) where you'll meet one of our recruiters and a senior member of (your future) team.

Technical assessment

It's time for you to show us what you got. The technical assessment differs depending on the position, but it usually comes in 1 of 3 forms

a) Homework assignment. If your skills dazzle us, we'll invite you to present the solution to us.

b) Technical interview. Live or video call with 1 or 2 seniors from the team where you discuss different scenarios and how you would approach certain technical situations.

c) Send us a piece of your previous work. We'll arrange a live or video technical interview around it.

Feedback & Offer

Now we have a clear picture of your seniority and can fit you into our grading system. All candidates get detailed feedback — the good, and the not-so-good. If everything falls into place, you can expect an offer from us in no time.
