As an Office Assistant, you will support our team of about 300 colleagues, and the most important thing for us is that you have the motivation to develop in the direction of administration and that you are a proactive and responsible person. From our side, you can expect a dog-friendly office, good support from other office colleagues and a stimulating, and pleasant working environment. At this moment we're looking for a person that can work part-time approximately 20 hours a week - mostly in the morning, and after several months work full-time.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Relevant previous work experience that reflects your excellent work habits.
  • Positive attitude and good people skills that will contribute to the positive atmosphere of the office.
  • Good communication skills, with an emphasis on good knowledge of the English language.
  • Excellent organization and a keen eye for detail. You love structure and order, and you pride yourself on the fact that you can't miss even the smallest detail.
  • You are good with technology and have previous experience working with MS Office and Outlook.

Some of your work tasks:

  • You will be the "first point of contact" - the first person our colleagues see when they come to the office and the first person who can provide information to our candidates and partners who come to our office.
  • Taking care of the common space, which includes the purchase of office equipment, food for office consumption, and other small things that make our stay in the office more pleasant.
  • Administrative tasks such as coordination of delivery and mail and taking care of documentation - scanning, entering, and archiving it.
  • Help in the organization of various internal projects.

Intro meet​

Technical assessment

It's time for you to show us what you got. The technical assessment differs depending on the position, but it usually comes in 1 of 3 forms

a) Homework assignment. If your skills dazzle us, we'll invite you to present the solution to us.

b) Technical interview. Live or video call with 1 or 2 seniors from the team where you discuss different scenarios and how you would approach certain technical situations.

c) Send us a piece of your previous work. We'll arrange a live or video technical interview around it.

Feedback & Offer

Now we have a clear picture of your seniority and can fit you into our grading system. All candidates get detailed feedback — the good, and the not-so-good. If everything falls into place, you can expect an offer from us in no time.
