OnSite Support Engineer

In Croatia, where we're formerly known as FIVE agency, and we're looking for a new OnSite Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance and support to 280+ colleagues across 3 office locations!

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Resolve support escalations from the Service Desk and 2nd/3rd Line teams
  • Maintain ticket updates in the ITSM Management Tool (Service Now) and ensure customers and stakeholders remain informed
  • Resolve tickets within SLA
  • Build PC’s and Macs as per defined specifications
  • Provide end-user support for Business Applications such as Microsoft products, Apple products
  • Provide support for desktop operating systems including Windows 10 and Mac OS
  • Provide support for audiovisual technologies utilized for client meetings
  • Provide support for multiple mobile solutions including iOS and Android smart phones
  • Fault find and problem-solve recurring desktop issues
  • Troubleshooting printing devices
  • Asset Management
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

What do we expect from you:

  • Windows 10 desktop operating system support experience
  • Mac OS support experience
  • Messaging support
  • Office 365
  • Desktop\Laptop hardware Builds, Support & Maintenance
  • Familiarity with image deployment Intune
  • Mobile and Telephony skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, principles and troubleshooting
  • Basic Active Directory Administration
  • Intune knowledge (nice to have)
  • Good level of written and oral English.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and confident working on own or as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for working with end-users and solving their problems
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent fault finding and problem solving skills

Technical assessment

b) Technical interview. Live or video call with 1 or 2 seniors from the team where you discuss different scenarios and how you would approach certain technical situations.

c) Send us a piece of your previous work. We'll arrange a live or video technical interview around it.
