As a Senior Office Manager, you'll take on a more senior role, overseeing 3 office locations, leading a team of 2, and supporting 280+ colleagues. We are seeking an experienced individual with a deep understanding of office management and strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, coordinate and lead the office team. Guide them to ensure efficient operation of facilities in all locations: Zagreb, Osijek and Split 
  • Act as the primary point of contact with landlords, manage maintenance and repair projects, as well as lease contracts for all office locations 
  • Collaborate with your Line Manager and Real Estate Manager to identify new office spaces, analyze options, and assist in lease negotiations 
  • Coordinate the successful opening of new offices, including office setup, equipment procurement, and logistical coordination 
  • Ensure seamless operation of offices, including cleanliness, plant care, and security systems 
  • Manage and support procurement of all needed supplies for the offices (beverages, fruits, stationary items) 
  • Coordinate and oversee various projects - office safety checks, inventory management, utility data collection, device library, etc 
  • Conduct market research, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring they are aligned with company policies 
  • Manage the Office department's budget, making sure expenses stay on track and all financial reports are prepared as needed - including planning for day-to-day operational costs and handling capital expenditures to keep everything within budget 
  • Assistance with guests, travel, and event organization (travel arrangements, lunches, events). 
  • Implementation of global Endava policies, maintaining a positive workplace experience 

What we expect from you? 

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in administration and office management
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude 
  • Proficiency in project management, including expertise in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects, resources, and costs 
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills – standing up for what you believe in, and finding win-win solutions, whether it's getting a bigger budget or tackling other issues 
  • Great MS Office and Outlook skills. Previous experience with productivity tools, such as Trello, is a plus. 
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)

c) Send us a piece of your previous work. We'll arrange a live or video technical interview around it.
